The aeration system design focuses on complete cabinet ventilation to prevent aerator pumps from operating at temperatures that will shorten the aerator's life. The size and number of vents are designed to match a specific volume of air discharge coming from an industrial grade exhaust fan to keep the aerator's temperature at appropriate levels.
- Increased Air Output
The rocking piston aerator pumps are specifically designed to increase air output. The aerator pump's design allows for easy maintenance. Aerator pumps are rubber mounted to minimize vibration and are positioned in the aeration cabinet to maximize performance of your pond aeration cabinet design.
- Quality Parts
The final touches of the aeration system include anodized manifold, chrome-plated mini ball valves, bronze pressure release valve, and high temperature airlines.
- The Diffuser Is a One-Of-A-Kind
No one has anything like our diffuser. This patent pending diffuser base is a molded, enclosed system. Airline piping is molded within the diffuser base to provide the ultimate protection; not attached externally - no screws - no brackets - no risk of piping breaking away from base. The large 16" base has a large opening to allow for easy filling with sand or stone and molded holes for diffuser installation and placement.
