Warranties for Aeration Central, Inc. Products

Warranties do not extend to any products that have been subjected to:

• Typical wear and tear experienced during normal operation;
• Lack of proper maintenance to product and related products that could damage a product;
• Damage caused by careless handling, improper repackaging, or shipping;
• Damage due to misapplication, misuse, abuse or failure to properly operate the product;
• Damage caused by improper installation or storage;
• Damage due to unauthorized product modifications or repairs;
• Damage caused by negligence, or failure to properly maintain product;
• Accidental damage, fire, acts of God, or other circumstances outside the control of Aeration Central, Inc.;
• Used in any waste treatment application unless otherwise specified; and
• Used for salt water applications unless otherwise specified.

CMS Series Itemized Warranties

• Cabinet – 5 year
• ¼ HP single piston pump – 3 years (requires completing annual filter change; piston rebuild at 1.5 years of continuous operation or 2 years of seasonal operation).
• ½ HP double piston pump – 3 years (requires completing annual filter change; piston rebuild at 1.5 years of continuous operation or 2 years of seasonal operation).
• ¾ HP double piston pump – 3 years (requires completing annual filter change; piston rebuild at 1.5 years of continuous operation or 2 years of seasonal operation).
• Capacitor – 1 year
• Manifold – 5 year
• Air filter base – 2 year
• Exhaust fan – 1 year
• Electrical box in cabinet – 1 year
• Electrical cord for cabinet – 1 year
• Hoses in cabinet – 1 year
• Brass fittings – 2 year
• Mini valves – 2 year
• Cover latch – 1 year
• Rubber mounts for pumps – 1 year

Diffuser Itemized Warranties

• Diffuser disc – 5 year
• Diffuser base – 15 year

Linear Pump Itemized Warranties

• All pumps – 3 year
• Fittings – 1 year
